Community well-being means ensuring that all Canadians have a place to call home. There is an essential need for new purpose-built rental housing supply across the country, and we’re proud to be part of the solution.

We’ve proudly partnered with Kindle Communities and the Guelph Community Health Centre to deliver a 32-unit permanent supportive housing development in Guelph, Ontario, with land donated by Skyline Apartment REIT and development management service donated by SkyDev.
